When do I pay for the service/product?

Payments are due upon receipt of invoice after completion or delivery of the service/product.

Are providers employed by you?

Providers are not employed by the company. Many will be self employed, full time tradesmen or women. Others could have full time jobs but use their skills to complete tasks to earn a second income. All providers are vetted, they undergo ID checks before they can accept or quote for jobs.

What if I am not satisfied with the work?

Providers work on a self-employed basis if you have a complaint about the service then you must talk to the provider. We can mediate when requested, however should you be unable to reach an agreement then just as with any other company or individual providing services, you may need to seek legal advice.

Can I stipulate how much I am willing to pay for a service?

Yes you are able to set the price you are willing to pay to get your task completed, however providers may respond to your ad with quotes that are higher. It is up to you to choose which is best, but keep in mind that if the price you set is too low you may not receive many replies to your ad.

What if the value of the task I want fulfilled is only for a small amount?

You have to take into consideration the fact that providers do what they do to make money and while the task you require help with may be easy to complete, any quotes you may receive will likely be more than you are willing to pay. Time is money so unless you can find agreement with someone the recommended minimum amount per task set is £25 to cover travel or other expenses on small tasks.
